The company is a licensed investment intermediary, member of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia JSC and of Central Depository AD that provides professional investment services and  activities according to article 54, § 2, section 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 Law On Public Offering Of Securities as follows:

    · Receiving and transferring orders for trading with securities, including intermediation for concluding such deals;
    · Implementing orders about purchase or sale of securities at client’s expense;
    · Managing an individual portfolio of a client, including securities, without day to day instructions by the client;
    · Providing individual investment consultations to a client, regarding securities’ deals;
    · Offering securities for initial sale without unconditionally and irrevocable obligation for acquiring securities at own expenses;
and additional services according to article 54, § 3, section 1, 3, 5 and 7 in connection with § 2, section 7 Law On Public Offering Of Securities as follows:
    · Preserving and administrating of securities at client’s expenses, including guardian activity (keep securities and money at depositary institution) and related services as managing the incoming financial assets/offered securities;
    · Consulting companies about capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters as well as consultations and services, related to mergers and acquisitions;
    · Investment researches and financial analysis or other form of common advices related to  securities;
    · Services, related to initial offering of securities without any unconditional and irrevocable obligation for achieving securities at own
expenses.
